Homewood Suites By Hilton Amarillo

Location is OK, right on I-40

Sofa bed was not clean. Personnel unprofessional. Personnel can't keep up with work during breakfast. Hilton can do so much better than this.

We went on line to look at hotel in the town we were going to stay at. This hotel pictures were the best. We got just what it was promised. Very happy with our stay

Appeared nice Manager was helpful Middle of the night staff tried to help to the best of their ability

Got zero minutes of sleep due to the people above us with small children who never stopped jumping off the bed and running around the room, all night long from when we got there at ten until when we left at six

Overall had really good stay on a 2 week vacation. Location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants and stores, tourist attractions and restaraunts and the business center. It also was east to west coast. Loved this brand-new property, recommend.

Here's what worked, and what didn't

The staff's cute attitude and genuinely helpful service. I particularly appreciated the spacious suite, equipped with a full kitchen that allowed us to save money by preparing our own meals.

Unfortunately, I encountered issues with room cleanliness, such as hair in the bathroom upon arrival. The check-in process was slow and frustrating, with multiple attempts required to get room keys.

It's a fantastic hip new hotel with good staff members. Overall awesome food, plus there is Logan's Roadhouse close by.

The King Studio Suite was super clean and cozy. The staff, particularly Christina, exemplified excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and cute atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty good with a fantastic selection. The cancellation process was frustrating as I was charged despite having confirmation that my reservation was canceled. It took long to reach customer service.

Recommend for strolling around

Clean room, friendly staff, with a well-stocked breakfast that included delicious Texas-shaped waffles and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport from 8 AM to midnight for added convenience.

Great service, comfy stay

The check-in was super smooth thanks to Pamela, who was really cute. I even got a surprise when she helped me with a milk cup for my late-night snack run. Only bummer was the breakfast selection was kinda blah.

I loved the spacious suite complete with a full kitchen.. The lighted bathroom mirror was a nice touch, and I enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable sofa. a great stay!

The suite was spacious and clean, but noisy kids above made it hard to relax.

The one-bedroom suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious. I appreciated the friendly service from the staff. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions 🥞

Our king two-room suite was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen that saved us money on meals. The service was perfect-denise even helped me with ice outside normal hours. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the fitness center, too! Definitely a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.

Oh man, you gotta try the breakfast spread-it's like a foodie fiesta! From freshly baked bread to classic fare, it's a solid way to kickstart your day. Plus, the outdoor pool was a hit for my kiddos. Super refreshing after a long day of exploring Amarillo!

But let me spill the tea, the grass was a jungle and the crumbs in the sofa bed were a hard no. The stains on the sheets and couches were a bit sketchy, taking down some of the hotel's vibe.

the noise in the hotel was a bit disturbing (especially from the highway). but we loved the breakfast options (the texas-shaped waffles were a cute touch! ) and the staff were super friendly. our room had plenty of space for our family.
